Grade 2 coding introduces repeating events. Children discover that a loop replaces writing the same instruction many times, and they read, alter and create programs that use repetition to draw patterns or move a character.
They also create digital work with more independence — documents, drawings and simple animations — and begin to understand that not everything found online is accurate.
