Year 11 · National Curriculum (England)
Year 11 completes GCSE Chemistry in England. Remaining content typically covers rates of reaction and equilibrium, organic chemistry, chemical analysis, the atmosphere, and using resources.
The year is dominated by consolidating calculations and by exam practice. Moles, concentration, percentage yield and atom economy reappear throughout the papers, and required-practical questions expect students to know method and sources of error, not just the result.
