Second grade computer science introduces repetition. Students discover that a loop replaces copying the same block many times, predict what a program will do before running it, and fix programs that don't behave as expected.
They create digital work with more independence — documents, slides, drawings and simple animations — and begin organizing files sensibly. Digital citizenship extends into understanding that not everything online is true and knowing how to report a concern.
